EXPERIENCE Sue has been in providing coaching and training to companies for over 30 years. She specializes in Executive and Business Coaching working mainly with men who are the heads of the organization.
Her passion is to see these leaders, managers succeed in their influence and leadership of people, as their teams develop better communication strategies, team building, conflict resolution, generational styles, and behavioral styles.
Sue’ experiences range from working in many fields as school systems, banking, radio, and many others. However, she specializes in working with engineering, scientific fields, software firms. Company’s with detail-orientation work.
In fact, for three years she coached the CEO and top four executives of a 1.4 billion-dollar public works engineering project while providing training throughout the organization. All of which significantly upgraded their ability to relate with one another better.
Sue’s greatest satisfaction comes from being able to significantly impact an organization, so their purpose becomes one of designing systems to best utilize their greatest asset, people!
